Purpose 

At the top of a layout it introduces a layout with a page title or further down the layout it can be used to highlight a call to action.

• Optional link which creates button with "Find out more" call to action

• Available in different colours 
• Can be used full width or inside grid
• Can have a call to action or not 
• Use .ws-block-mb class to add space beneath it
